- Waiters/clearers are charged dependent on guest numbers: If meals are plated/served (not buffet) you would require 1 per 20 Guests. If meals are buffet you would require 1 per 25 Guests.

- We do not allow waiters from Caterers due to the quality of waitstaff being subpar, and their lack of knowledge of the venue. Our waiters will work with your chosen caterer, are well trained, and can do all tasks required – from buffet service to roaming canapes. This also ensures you are not being double charged by your caterer for kitchen staff acting as waiters sporadically. This is non-negotiable.
- Our venue caters for up to 150 guests.
- The Piazza can seat up to 150 guests for the Reception.
- The Gallery can seat up to 92 guests for the Reception.
- Whichever venue is not used will become a satellite space for the dance floor, cocktail tables and buffet (if needed).

- Accommodation does need to be paid in full at least two weeks prior to the wedding. You can settle this yourselves, or we can bill your guests directly for self payment.

- Yes, the day before, the day of, and morning after your wedding are booked off for your use only.
- If 6 of the 8 rooms on the property are taken for two nights, we do provide the bridal couple with their room free of charge on the wedding night.

- A large empty room 8x6m is provided to the caterer. They will be required to bring in all equipment needed to deliver their service.
- If you are doing a buffet please make sure the caterer also provides the chafing dishes and utensils to serve from them. This is a good crosscheck.
- Caterers are not allowed to cook through the night before the wedding day. The venue gets locked up at 18h00 the day before the wedding with suppliers returning the morning of the wedding from 08h00.
- We do not have serving dishes (Bain-maries), serving utensils, display boards, display bowls, platters, etc.
- Our cutlery, crockery, glassware is ‘table’ orientated and used for guest direct use at reception tables, canapés (side plates) etc. We don’t have items for food service or displays. These should be provided with the catering.
- A note to remind your caterer to bring Salt and Pepper shakers for the tables (we have found that a few weddings recently the caterer’s have forgotten these), along with paper serviettes if they are doing canapes.

- Yes we can! We do also supply an urn, tea cups, saucers and teaspoons, as well as a table.
- We can do platters for the bridal party as a late morning snack before the wedding formalities. Options will be provided.
- Yes! However only natural/biodegradable confetti – for example: petals, leaves or bubbles.
- We do not provide any supplementary wedding services (with exception to the bar service which is included in the rate).

- The venue opens at 08h00 on the morning of the wedding, and closes at midnight (or 10 hours after the scheduled ceremony start time – whichever comes first). We can continue until 02h00, however there is a surcharge per hour of overtime , and music will need to be reduced to 50% volume after 00h00.

- The venue will be available to suppliers the day before the wedding from 07h00 to 18h00, and the morning of the wedding from 07h00.
- The day after the wedding is reserved for removing all items.
- We have a manager on site that looks after all of the wedding venue’s responsibilities. Should you want someone to assist you on the day with time keeping for the wedding party and other suppliers – we do advise hiring a wedding coordinator.

- We only allow wines and champagne to be brought in, however there is a corkage fee. You will provide us with the wine and we will chill and serve it. On departure we will count how many bottles have been opened and charge accordingly.

- All other drinks/juices must be ordered directly with the venue, not the caterers or other suppliers. We provide all necessary items such as glassware, refrigeration, ice, and bartenders for this reason. However, if a drink requires intricate preparation before serving, like falooda, exceptions can be made.
- If this is not adhered too, we will have to deduct from the breakages holding deposit to the value of the items.

- The bar can be run on a tab or we can accept direct payments from your guests.
- If you decide on a tab we will run up to an agreed amount which we will agree upon closer to the wedding – on the day we will notify you once this limit has been reached.
- We can also do a hybrid bar, where everything is on tab except for spirits and shooters which can be paid for by cash or card by your guests.
- Yes we do accept credit cards.
- Yes we do accept cash payments.
- We do not have a sound system. This will need to be brought in by your chosen DJ, which is a standard procedure (they use their own equipment).

- We do have a generator that powers the entire property. Running costs are not included (Diesel).

- Yes, we place road signage from the main road directing guests to the venue parking.
- Wedding guests are not allowed in the Manor House. There is a separate entrance and parking for wedding guests, which provides access to the wedding venue/s. The Manor House is accessible to the Bridal Party, Direct Family and Guests sleeping over.
